Coco Milk Catfish – Ingredients
4 fresh catfish
25 cl of coco milk
3 garlic
3 beautiful tomatoes
3 teaspoons of curry powder
1 onion
10 cl of oil
Chili, parsley, salt, black pepper, 2 maggi or other cubes
Coco Milk Catfish – Preparation
- Clean the catfishes, and wash them with lemon or vinegar
- Cut the fishes in pieces and fry them in a frying pan
- Minced the onions, garlic, chili and the parsley
- Cut the tomatoes in quick big pieces
- In a pressure cooker, fry the minced spices
- Add the tomatopes and leave to cook for 5 minutes
- Delicately add the pieces of fish to the mix
- Add the cubes
- Sprinkle it all with the curry
- Pour the coco milk
- Add salt, pepper and leave to cook for about 15 minutes on low heat
- Serve with white rice
