Coco Milk Catfish – Ingredients

4 fresh catfish
25 cl of coco milk
3 garlic
3 beautiful tomatoes
3 teaspoons of curry powder
1 onion
10 cl of oil
Chili, parsley, salt, black pepper, 2 maggi or other cubes

Coco Milk Catfish – Preparation

  • Clean the catfishes, and wash them with lemon or vinegar
  • Cut the fishes in pieces and fry them in a frying pan
  • Minced the onions, garlic, chili and the parsley
  • Cut the tomatoes in quick big pieces
  • In a pressure cooker, fry the minced spices
  • Add the tomatopes and leave to cook for 5 minutes
  • Delicately add the pieces of fish to the mix
  • Add the cubes
  • Sprinkle it all with the curry
  • Pour the coco milk
  • Add salt, pepper and leave to cook for about 15 minutes on low heat
  • Serve with white rice
