Cassava semolina (Gari) with prawns – Ingredients

1 bowl of gari
1 ½ bowl of prawns
500 g of fresh tomatoes
2 onions
4 tablespoons of oil
Salt, chili
Dip the gari for a few minutes in a bowl of cold water
In a small frying pan, put the oil in
Fry the minced onions, the chopped tomatoes and the chili
Add salt
Wash the prawns
Pour in the frying pan the gari and the prawns properly drained
Wet with laddle of warm water and mix well
When the gari has softened and has compacted, take it out of the fire
