Fresh cassava roots, water and salt (optional)
Instructions
- Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan.
- Wash, peel and cut into serving-sized pieces fresh cassava roots
- Add the cassava tuber pieces into the water
- Cook until tender/soft… it should take 15 to 25 minutes for 6 cassava roots, depending on their size. You can pick the cassava with a toothpick or a fork to check or taste. It should take
